Do you just use ChatGPT for everything?
No. I use AI as one tool alongside traditional development, and I am upfront about that. What you are paying for is a working system, tested and supported. Where a plain integration beats an AI feature, you get the integration.
Is my business data safe?
That depends on the design, and I will be specific rather than reassuring. If your data cannot leave your building, we use a local model on hardware you own. I will not overstate what any setup guarantees.
How is this priced?
Small automations are usually hourly at $85. Larger builds get a fixed scope after we map the process.
What can realistically be automated?
The repetitive, rule-based work: moving data between systems that do not talk to each other, generating documents that get rebuilt by hand every week, and the steps somebody does forty times a month the same way every time. I look at the actual process first and tell you honestly if automation is not worth it.
Does my data have to go to a third party?
Not necessarily. Private, locally hosted AI is an option, which means models run on your own infrastructure and the data does not leave the building. Where a third party API genuinely is the right tool, those usage costs are billed to your own accounts, not marked up through me.
