Stop doing the same thing forty times a week.
Practical automation for repetitive business processes, plus AI integrations and private, locally hosted AI where it genuinely helps.
Every business has a task somebody dreads. Copying orders into a spreadsheet. Retyping the same quote. Chasing a form somebody has to print, sign, scan, and email back.
Most of that can be handled by software once, correctly, and then left alone. Some of it benefits from AI. A lot of it just needs two systems connected properly, and it would be dishonest to sell you an AI product for a job a simple integration does better.
What is actually included.
An honest look first
I will tell you which parts of your process are worth automating and which ones are cheaper left alone.
Systems connected
Your form, your inbox, your spreadsheet, your store, and your invoicing talking to each other instead of relying on copy and paste.
Documents that generate themselves
Quotes, work orders, and reports produced from data you already have.
AI where it earns its place
Drafting, summarizing, classifying, extracting data from documents. Used as one tool among several.
Private and local options
For sensitive work, AI that runs on your own hardware rather than sending your data to a third party.
Documentation
Written down so your team can run it and change it without calling me every time.
A good fit if...
- Businesses re-entering the same data in more than one place
- Anyone producing quotes, invoices, or reports by hand
- Teams drowning in email-based processes
- Businesses curious about AI that want a straight answer about whether it helps
What is not included.
Most of the trouble in this industry comes from what nobody mentioned up front. Here is the part other people leave off the page.
- Third party API and AI usage costs are billed to your own accounts
- Automation that would violate a platform's terms of service
- Any promise of specific headcount reduction or cost savings
- Replacement of regulated recordkeeping without your own compliance review

Things people ask.
Do you just use ChatGPT for everything?
No. I use AI as one tool alongside traditional development, and I am upfront about that. What you are paying for is a working system, tested and supported. Where a plain integration beats an AI feature, you get the integration.
Is my business data safe?
That depends on the design, and I will be specific rather than reassuring. If your data cannot leave your building, we use a local model on hardware you own. I will not overstate what any setup guarantees.
How is this priced?
Small automations are usually hourly at $85. Larger builds get a fixed scope after we map the process.
