Cypress is unincorporated Harris County, roughly twenty five miles northwest of downtown Houston, spread along the US 290 and State Highway 249 corridors. Most people here call it Cy-Fair. It is residential in a way that matters for business: the customers of a business in Cypress usually live in Cypress, around Bridgeland, Towne Lake, Fairfield, and Coles Crossing.
That shapes the work. A business here is competing for people who are already nearby and already searching, which makes Google Business Profile, a fast site, and a phone number that actually connects worth more than a long content strategy. It also means the same five competitors keep coming up, and the difference between first and fourth is usually not the website's design.

Because the workshop is in Cypress, sitting down together costs nothing but an hour. Most projects have one at the start, to talk about the business rather than the website, and one before launch to go through it on a real screen.
If you would rather do all of it over a screen share, that is completely fine and plenty of local clients do. The offer is that in person is available, not that it is required.

Can I pick up printing locally instead of paying shipping?
Local pickup is available through Tex's Prints for 3D printing and label work, since it comes out of the same workshop. Order availability varies, so check texsprints.com for current status.
