The workshop is in Cypress, Texas. If you are close enough to sit down together, we sit down together. If you are not, nothing about the work changes, because all of it happens online anyway.

Remote

Everywhere else.

Remote projects are welcome anywhere in the United States, and they are not a lesser version of the service. Design reviews happen over a screen share, progress goes on a real URL you can open whenever you want, and you are talking to the same person either way.

The custom application and dashboard work in particular tends to be remote, because the people who need an operations system are not concentrated in one metro area.

What does not change with distance: you work directly with the person who designs and builds your project, and you own what gets built.

This is home. The workshop is in Cypress, which means an in-person meeting is a fifteen minute drive rather than something that has to be justified.

Houston is a working city, and the projects that come out of it lean heavier than a five page website. More often the problem is an operation that has outgrown its spreadsheets.

How it actually goes

Local or remote, the same process.

Most projects start with a conversation about what the business needs, not about what it wants a website to look like. From there the scope gets written down and priced from the published starting prices, so you are not waiting on a mystery quote.

The build happens on a URL you can check any time. You see it come together rather than getting a reveal at the end, which is also how problems get caught while they are still cheap to fix.

After launch, a care plan is optional and month to month. Plenty of clients take one, plenty do not, and leaving is not a fight either way.
