Care plans are completely optional. If you would rather host it yourself or use another provider, I will hand everything over and help you move it. But if you want someone whose number you already have to just handle it, that is what this is.

What is not included.
Most of the trouble in this industry comes from what nobody mentioned up front. Here is the part other people leave off the page.
- Included edit time does not roll over month to month
- New pages, redesigns, and new features are project work, not plan work
- Third party licenses, domains, and payment processing fees are billed to you
- Recovery from changes made by other people with access is billed hourly

Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel whenever. If you leave, I help you move and hand over everything. A plan you cannot leave is a plan that stopped having to earn your business.
What if I go over my included time?
I tell you before I do the work, quote it at $85/hr, and you decide. You will never see a surprise line item.
Can you take over a site you did not build?
Usually. I need to review it first and there may be a one-time cleanup charge if it was left in rough shape. I will tell you before you commit.
Do I have to be on a plan?
No. Every project can be built, handed over, and fully yours to manage. The plan exists for people who want it, not to trap anyone.
